Jay Z's RocNation to sue Rita Ora for £1.66 million when 'tirelessly promoting her career'






Jay Z's record label has filed the suit against his former recipient, accusative her of breaking her recording contract and failing to deliver her second album, that they claim to own spent virtually $2 million developing and selling.

According to the filing, obtained by the ny Post's Page Six, Rita was contracted  for 5 albums however has up to now solely free one.

It states that RocNation "has indefatigably promoted [her] career, investment many greenbacks in selling, recording and alternative prices, that was instrumental in guiding Ms. Ora to her current level of success and fame".

The legal proceeding was filed in Manhattan, simply six weeks when Rita sued the label in l.  a.  , seeking a judgment that the agreement she signed in 2008 at the age of eighteen with mythical creature Nation violates Calif. law.

The filing added: "When Rita signed, mythical creature Nation associate degreed its senior executives were terribly committed her as an creative person. As mythical creature Nation's interests diversified , there have been fewer resources out there and also the company suffered a revolving door of executives.
